• Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO),
• Berufsordnung der Rechtsanwälte (BORA),
• Das Gesetz über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG),
• Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO) and
• the rules of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE Rules).
